RETURNS / EXCHANGES
BLACK FRIDAY:
Black Friday + Cyber Monday Sale orders are nonrefundable. Your item(s) may be exchanged for a different item or store credit within 2 weeks of receiving your order. International orders placed during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale are FINAL SALE.
- Timing: we have a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- Products must be returned with tags on, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Email wecare@thegoodfitness.com to start your return.
